The Green House Initiative was founded on a lifelong commitment to service, compassion, and community transformation. At the heart of this mission is Anton Cardinal, a visionary leader whose passion for helping others began with a simple yet powerful act of generosity.

At just fifteen years old, Anton used his saved allowances to donate to an organization supporting children battling cancer and poverty—unaware his act would spark a family legacy. That moment moved to establish a nonprofit that has since supported thousands of veterans and their families across the United States.

Inspired by that legacy, Anton went on to serve as Chairman and President of 1st Veterans Kids Care from 2011 to 2024, leading impactful programs that provided financial aid, housing assistance, and educational resources to underserved families and veteran households.

Now, with The Green House Initiative, Anton expands that mission to a broader vision: to empower families through integrated support in wellness, housing, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and sustainability—both in Central Florida and internationally
